* help trainers to find interesting work opportunities with good conditions - through the help of a common marketing plan creating a positive brand name with a good reputation

* make it easier for trainers to establish themselves more quickly in a new town should they decide to move on.

* enable schools who offer decent pay and working conditions to directly approach trainers within the network 

* connect learners with good English to employers & recruiters

* work in a way that allows more personal freedom to travel

* introduce a " Word Surfing vocabulary strategy " to language teachers
